MotoGP Misano Review


The MotoGP paddock headed to a half capacity. Misano World Circuit for an eventful race in Italy.


Ducati's Francesco (Pecco) Bagnaia set the pace in practice and would carry that speed into qualifying taking pole and breaking the all -time lap record with it. He would line up on the front row alongside Teammate Jack Miller and Championship leader Fabio Quartararo.


In the race Bagnaia would take the checkered flag ahead of Quartararo who challenged Pecco in the last part of the race. 3rd would go to Rookie Enea Bastianini on the 2 year old Avintia Ducati! The rookie had stormed from 12th.


4th was Marc Marquez ahead of Jack Miller who was running in 2nd during the early parts of the race. Suzuki's Joan Mir was 6th and in 7th was his compatriot Pol Espargaro. 8th was his brother Aleix on the Aprilia ahead of the new sunday man Brad Binder who charged from 17th to 9th. 10th was Takaaki Nakagami.
